Like the size of this supermarket. It's a bit bigger than my local one so carries a wider range of items. It's always been very clean when I've visited, and doesn't look dated. Also has toilets and free parking (time-limited I believe).

My husband and I visited Ottery St Mary Sainsburys this afternoon. It is not a store we use often so we had to ask for help to find something. We mistakenly asked an assistant, Angela, who was actually an Argos assistant. In spite of this she guided us to where the item should have been. She was so polite and helpful throughout and was very friendly. She is a credit to your store.

Only went on a Sunday to collect an Argos order, picked up a few bits from Sainsbury's. Different food, etc from other brand stores but expensive.

Virtually no staffed tills open - totally reliant on customers doing staff jobs!!! Terrible customer service I will definitely shop elsewhere.

Staff member Debbie exhibited excellent customer service. Also i have always found Marilyn so very helpful with any gardening problems I have asked about. Yes, I give the nursery 5 stars! 🙂

Excellent staff very knowledgeable especially a man called Aaron who assisted us with our selections from meat , vegetables and wine 1st class service.
