Waitrose & Partners Towcester

Very clean, tidy and welcoming store. Staff were excellent. Found what I needed easily and quickly through a till.

Great supermarket. Very clean. Wide aisles. Plenty of staff. Plenty of parking. Reasonable prices. What else? Home brands available on a variety of products.

Went here today went to the cafe to order a take away drink only to be ignored as well as other customers by 3 member of staff behind the counter a polite hello will be with you in a moment would have been nice . Hence why i left empty handed !

Staff are consistently helpful and supportive. Great customer experience 🙂😃

Excellent service at the Waitrose Cafe, my visit last week on Wednesday lunchtime. Specially mention goes Jess who served my Cappucino with a smile & offered the 2 X sprinkle choices. Mention also to Mark for serving my fruit scone with all the accompaniments, especially the blackcurrent jam......

Great little Waitrose usually pop in during the week if I need a few bits or bobs wouldn’t personally get a full shop there as the prices are rather high

Everything you would expect from a Waitrose store, we had coffee and cake which was good quality (small portion of cake) , spotlesly clean and staff were great

I was stuck at home I'll and my partner had driven around all the supermarkets in Northampton to find the HIPP ORGANIC NUMBER 1 BABY FORMULA and had no joy.

After contacting 4 different Waitrose stores ( all of them extremely helpful, checking other store stock levels) I finally rang towcester and spoke to Ahton who advised they had a couple of boxes left.

After I explained my situation he kindly said he would. Put a couple boxes back for me untill I am able to get there. He reassured me it will be fine.

I literally cried with relief, as a first time mum you could imagine my panic lol.

Thank you so much Ashton, you and waitrose are life savers. I really hope he gets to see this post
