Waitrose & Partners Petersfield

Great sized store with ample chargeable parking adjacent that you can claim back for the first 2hrs of parking in store, providing you spend a minimum of £10.
They sell a good range of everything you could possibly need for all your daily household needs, plus so much more, unfortunately whenever I shop there nobody ever seems to look happy, such a shame as I love the store itself.

Usually it's a nice experience when shopping in Waitrose. Today should of been the same, but. Asked a young lad if he could check on the availability of peanut butter on shelf and he said he would, but never came back. Funny thing was I could almost tell that he couldn't be bothered. Quite annoying really. Please have a word with the young lads that work there. It's a shame when standards slip. Sorry to rant. Hopefully just a one-off.

Quite easy to use with adjacent car park. The car park could probably do with improved road marking as it's a bit work in places. There's a few check out options, from self serve, served and basket only service. Seemed well stocked and staffed, would certainly use again if the need arises. Good selection of items, although, like a lot of places the prices have crept up..

Today 7.10.2022. I visited the Petersfield branch. Earlier in the day I checked what time the shop shut. On the website it said they shut at 9pm. I arrived just before 8pm looking forward to seeing what seasonal items were in the shop. However as I walked through the doors I was informed the shop shut at 8pm and was ushered out. Another couple behind me were also informed the shop was shutting. They too said the same as me.
I traveled a 20 mile found trip to what is my nearest shop. To say I was disappointed is putting it mildly. Please can you up date your website so no one else has a waisted trip

How shopping should be. Lots of really nice brands, some you'll rarely see outside of Waitrose. Super helpful and friendly team too

Nice store with friendly staff. Geniepoint electric car rapid charger in the car park which is handy as this is a pay and display car park so you can also walk around the town centre. When I visited it was £1.40 for 2 hours. If you then spend over £5 on Waitrose you get £0.50 refund towards your parking. I removed a star for this as most of the supermarkets I visit refund up to 2 hours of parking. Our walk around the town was very pleasant.

Good choice of food, seems less organic than there used to be? Stock levels generally very good, we got everything we wanted today!
