Yet again the cafe this morning was terrible for breakfast fast .as in most weekends you have to wait for staff to serve you .then waited 25 minutes for a breakfast to arrive.it wasn't busy about 4 customers . toast with breakfast had no butter so had to ask a member of staff when I could find someone.and to top it all people waiting to get served for ten minutes and heard one say he was off to Tesco . just as 2 members of staff arrived to serve .then they got to shouting at each other who was supposed to be serving .they need to get the staffing sorted most times you go in around 9am you have to wait to get served .I wouldn't give any stars but you have to give one or it won't post

Yet another disappointing visit....stood at the self check out for 10 minutes waiting to get the computer cleared....the woman charged with doing the job just kept going to the nearest problem first, not in order of calling....of the self check out is meant to reduce staffing numbers its pointless, might as well just have tills with people on them....its getting harder and harder to shop here....

Disappointing today, as we arrived to see the restaurant was open for a light bite and as we were placing our order at the machine, and Al.ost to the checkout, the order dropped out and the screen said the restaurant was closed. Most annoyingly, a member of staff saw us at the order point but still chose to switch the machine off! Your signage on opening times needs to be clearer and if someone is ordering online then be gracious enough to accept that as the last order of the day!

Best tiger rolls anywhere and, only place I know that sells salt and pepper rolls. Lady on the Pizza counter was nice only to be trumped by the lovely lady on the hot counter. I ceased shopping in Morrisons due to the awful service on these counters at Kendal. But it is safe to shop at Barrow store. We have made use of the cafe on many occasions and the staff there are always nice. Meals are good as long as you don't want chips. The chips are, in my opinion, pretty awful. Facilities are always clean. You can't have everything, right? 🙀😺😺

What's happened to the Morrisons famous breakfast?
Everything was cold, NOT FRESH egg snotty. Coffee cold. So disappointing!

Just encountered the most ignorant ditzy blonde behind the cigarette counter. Sat there waffling on to a woman, not even a glance over or "I won't be a minuite"
Just blatantly ignoring her que while she waffles. After multiple people leaving to go somewhere else, even making comments to her that she paid no attention of, it was my turn to wait for her to finish her chin wag.
Unfortunately after listening to her nonsense for 10 minutes and no acknowledgement of any of us in the line I left, leaving her next victim to wait. What an utterly discusting attitude from someone in the customer service/ retail industry. I'm telling you now me and many others will be avoiding just incase miss blonde is there. I'd have a better chance of getting served by a blind smackhead. The store manager should really pay attention to that one. That wage could be spent much better on somebody else.

Called in for a couple bits of shopping and decided to have a meal in the restaurant, we decided on 1full breakfast and 1vegy full breakfast 1 cappuccino. When they came looking forward to them disappointed they were barely warm won't go again..🙄

Went to the cafe for breakfast. It was nice but unfortunately cold. The cafe could do with being warmer too!

Bought steaks and they were vile and riddled is inedible stringy fat. Not happy with the fresh products
