It was two minutes to six, and they were closing down when I was being the worst customer as I insisted on not paying until I sort out the loyalty card to get £2 off my bill. The process took minutes until I downloaded the app, registered, verified my email and phone number, and got the card, I know that's what the worst customer would be like. Yet, both of the gentlemen were still helpful and friendly, they never made me feel rushed and were so patient. Many other places and many other staff would have been at least frowning or rude. But these guys were so sweet.

Great store. Really helpful staff - especially Leah (?) who directed me to items from my shopping list as I couldn’t find them 👍

Great selection of frozen meals. Holiday meals are in. Easy to view cases for food. Each section was clearly marked. Decent prices.

Cheap and convenient. Small so not so much choice as big supermarkets but that means you can find stuff easier too.

A fan of this place. Prices in my opinion are good and the product range is what you expect from Iceland .. decent. Always plenty in stocks. Its a bit 'no frills' but layout and brands are superior to your budget supermarkets. Its a bit cramped around the checkout but lines flow fairly quickly. Not sure about parking .. I park in Asda or the wilco and walk down. Bulk shopping they happily deliver with plenty of timed slots.
