Great place to shop.My last experience of a bra fitting a few years ago was great. The staff were lovely and took time to.make sure I got the perfect fit and the perfect bras. Can't wait to go back now.

Went to buy sequin trousers at Queen Street last week and the size I wanted was not on the rack. Hayley at the store was brilliant - she went above and beyond to find the size I required. She is an amazing asset to the store. Well done Hayley you are a true star. Thank you again 😊

Queue at cafe twelve deep at 10.10 and twenty deep when we had finished our drink at 10.30. Only one of the ordering tills open. Really unusual experience here, previously been very good. Hope more staff available for lunchtime rush!

Additional thought is that older customers are not that confident on self check tills on the sales floor.

Terrible experience for a disabled customer. I use a wheelchair, the disabled toilets were too dirty to use. I managed to get my wheelchair into the gents, but had to throw my self against the wall and hold my self up painfully. Come on surely M&S should be standing for accessibility that is above and beyond other retailers. Sadly not.

I got so stressed on my latest visit as there are now only self serve tills and I didn't know how to use the voucher I had. it took at least ten minutes for a member of staff to come and help. There were not enough staff to help. I will not be buying any more clothes at your store.

Very large Marks & Spencer store, conveniently in the centre of Cardiff, plenty of choice plus concessions. a large section of high quality food. great selection of dates.

A hot drinks corner has recently been added inside the supermarket , which is an important addition if you are in a hurry. I highly recommend.

I called up to check if a specific branch has the option to exchange money back to pounds they said yes so i went there and they said they don't. the next day called again tried to ask the automated service to put me through to a different branch wasn't possible it put me through to the same Indian call centre the woman also had no clue and stated the branches don't have telephones absolutely ridiculous customer service waste of time and money its such a shame really that such a simple thing like this is made to be soo hard to resolve
