Everytime I go in here there is always a huge queue and 1 person serving, if the staff member rings their bell for assistance then very rarely does someone bother to turn up. I don't blame the staff I blame head office for expecting staff to manage on minimal hours for the store. Let's hope you get more staff on tills over the festive period or I will be doing my shopping elsewhere.

Large selection of frozen food from low-cost through to some interesting options. Who knew frozen avocado was thing? Frozen quinoa? You can also buy frozen Gregg's sausage rolls....

Great shop and choice throughout this store, along with excellent quality and prices. Something for everybody. With an offer of free rapid delivery for spending over £25.

It is pleasing to note that many of Iceland's microwavable meals now come in cardboard containers, which is evidence that the company is taking the issue of plastic waste and it's environmental and public health implications seriously. So, well done on that issue. The other good news is that the meals are of good quality, tasty, and good value.

Nightmare! I dont shop here, but my elderly parents are isolating, so I had to do their usual shopping.
Busy Saturday afternoon and socially distancing was impossible. There are clearly no restrictions on the number of people who can be in the store at any one time.
One aisle was partially blocked with stock on a trolley, as they were restocking in the busy store. Another aisle was partially blocked by the queue which ran the length of the store, with one till open. The only reason I gave any stars were for the polite and helpful staff.
Iceland need to sort something out to ensure the safety of their staff and customers, because they are failing miserably.
