Tesco's thinks it's alright too rob their customers 30p for a single plastic bag that they bulk bye very very cheap. When I bye your groceries plastics bags should be a reasonable price not a Mortgage.

I'm just abit baffled by the eyesite and training of your staff. Myself and my husband were asked for ID for alcohol on a self checkout. Both being 32, we dont tend to carry any around, however I was able to present mine. The clueless girl said she had asked as she isn't good with telling peoples ages (clearly) and that she couldn't sell the alcohol to me as my husband had no ID. Fantastic! I must look like I walk around with a toyboy daily. I politely asked her to get another opinion, and the other girl agreed. Fabulous, except we clearly don't look under 25. Shortly the, possible supervisor came out, apologised. She agreed that she wouldnt have ID us, but as someone else had and I wasnt able to provide ID, I couldnt be sold the alcohol. I reminded her that I did provide ID, but at this point I just wanted to leave and told her to take it off. I was then followed out by the trying to be intimidating security gaurd, who had absolutely no idea what had happened and just picked up on an issue and thought it was his time to shine. I very easily could had gone full on Karen, but being a Till/ Customer Service manager myself, I stayed calm and didn't want to be that person that I deal with daily. I could also tell the team were all just abit useless, so I wouldn't had got anywhere.
I just can't get over it. I felt like I needed an adult to come along and help serve me.

Definitely going down hill. Went in about 6pm the other night with one till open. Queue up the aisle and staff walking around.
The dates on fresh food rubbish use with 2 days on it. How are you suppose to be able to do a weekly shop.

Clean and well organised. Went in during pride month and it was beautifully decked out. Amusingly the music was often replaced with funny "interviews" with staff claiming the best coming out story was to their manager.

I went to use the toilets and the smell was disgusting. There was no proof, or evidence, they had been cleaned that day (we were there around 17:30 hrs). There was no soap to wash my hands, and despite asking the service assistant at the cigarette counter, I still couldn't wash my hands. Now if we offend them in any way they remove us with their security or call the police. Today I was offended and they did nothing to help. I call this double standards, and for that I will abuse them if I ever find I have to go there again.

Fed up of being discriminated against as a mid 30s female. When I go into the shop with my partner, I never have a problem, but when I'm on my own they decide to question my age.
Yet another reason not to go to tesco

Fuel availability is unreliable and doesn't have a clothes section. Use the Thornbury one instead.

Store was fine, nothing special. Had a good range when items are in stock. Not the usual layout of a Tesco, but not the end of the world. Most helpful part was getting fuel as there was no queue
