Asda Llandudno Junction Supermarket

Made to feel like a criminal, we were asked to use the self scanning, I genuinely asked if they accept Scottish notes, as they're slightly different in size, the answer we got in a sarky way was, we need to check them, they may be forgeries. The old ginger haired assistant as all her pals nearly was disecting them in front of the customers deciding whether they were real notes. Was actually embarrassed. They were quite cheeky. Will make sure we goto the main Asda store in Llandudno in future

Always helpful and friendly staff. Well stocked shelves and you can get the majority (but not all) products that they sell in their Llandudno store. This store does not sell clothing

No tills were staffed, just self service machines. Got cigars which were just put in front of me she went without so much as a word . Tried my card, no response and had to shout her back. It would have been so much easier if she had served me properly. It's a poor place for customer service.

Out of all the Asda's I have been to this is by far the worst. Staff are rude, and very incompetant as they do not know how to reconise an id card that is backed by passport office and police. Staff get verbally aggresive and often bully the customers. I shall not be going back there ever. Also their choice of product is limited.

Only the self checkout working this evening and shown which one to use, I can see which one is not in use so no need for staff to tell me, and when you want staff they are usually talking amongst each other, and made I was a nuisance . Tried to use my blue light card but told no as I couldn't show proof of my name. Asda you seriously need to have a word with your staff. Rant over.

Not as good as Llandudno store. More suited towards self service tills. Only 1 staffed till (cigarette counter) staff never look happy either everything seems too much trouble Not as good selection as Llandudno either. Personally I prefer Llandudno store.

Awful customer service, and she told me she was a supervisor. I wanted to be in and out as Granddaughter due from school.All self service tills busy. When I noticed a lady being served on a normal till. Great( bad arthritis in both thumbs) painful picking up items.
So I put my heavy basket down. And was told immediately, only self service available, well your here so that’s not so. She said I’m jumping off now, so I said , well I’d like you do mine as bad arthritis in my thumbs. She said no I’m getting off, I said but I want you to serve me. Another customer shouted over her , saying she had already asked!!! So I asked for a supervisor, she told me she was one ( red hair, 30?) still refused, so I walked out saying I don’t my shopping then. !!!
What sort of customer service is this??? Not what I expect from any Asda employee. Went elsewhere for my shopping. I used Asda 3/4 times per week. Tried to ring to complain, that was a machine.?
In response Chris, yes it was Friday 18th Nov 3pm, she had long red/ginger hair. Age 20 plus.
