Terrible service at the cafe this morning. Waited OVER an hour for breakfast, and when it arrived the egg was overcooked and hard, the hashbrowns had gone cold, our drinks were freezing by this point, not even offered a free refill. Unsure of "every little helps" it does not seem evident in the cafe. Will NOT be revisting, which is a shame, because it is local.

In contrast to my local Ystrad store, the Risca store always has what I want and I can get around the store easily. The staff are friendly as well. Definately my preferred Tesco store when I'm driving or getting a lift.

Bigger is better although the Tesco Express near us stocks most things. Impressive range of goods, you can happily shop here for hours. Cafe here too ☕ 🍵 🍪 👍

The Caffe is overpriced £5 for a ice cream sundae 2 scoops of vanilla and a scoop of chocolate half a flake and chocolate sauce oh and small chunks for fudge which they almost forgot, dish half full, my family spent £37 on ice cream and coffee, very disappointed, could have bought the supiles for that from down stairs and had enough for 12 people...coffee is okay, rest of the store is like any other Tesco but the Caffe I'd only have a coffee from

Horrible experiences. Emphasis of "S". I first had my poor experience with this store when I was stopped for false allegations of theft. Whilst I was trying to get bread and milk and other neccaesaties for my familly. A similar situation happened when me and my friend went in for a meal deal and we was stopped again under false allegations,

Called in this morning (11/12/22) to pick up a few bits and pieces.
An item I wanted from the frozen section was empty so I asked a member of staff for help who was working on that department. The lad was only around 17 yrs old but was extremely polite and very helpful. He went to see if the item I wanted was in the store room but unfortunately they were out of stock so instead of just walking away from me he suggested an alternative.
It's a shame that not all teenagers these days are as helpful!

okay you got tesco mobile kinda a good store or supermarket better than the one in black wood which is really small and smells weird smell and poppy charity they sell good on poppy charity

Absolutely rubbish...staff are useless I ask how long it would be for the coffee machine because it was being cleaned and I was told to walk to the garage.. if you spent your time cleaning the machine rather than on your phone ..rubbish put all my other stuff back and left will not be spending any money in here again morisons from now on .
