Asda Barry Superstore

I'm a lorry driver away all week went shopping in this store earlier on since when is there a limit on how much shopping you can have especially the Asda branded stuff 3 item's per person what a load of bollacks. Just read your reply what do you expect me to do starve? If it weren't for people like me driving lorry's all week you won't have no stock I'm your store, I don't care everyone should be able to by as many as they want you get deliverys every day so what short customers of the shopping they got

My local Asda and one I use regularly. The staff here are very friendly and helpful, particularly the regular team on the tills.
Loses a couple of stars as stock levels aren't great. Most visits now I come home without an item or two due to no stock. Also noticed more items on the shelves with short sell by date.

Can you update your online opening hours for Sunday please? They are causing confusion for alot of people. You do not close at 6. Specifically Asda Superstore Barry Island. Thanks

Short supply of some items ie Cottan pads etc. Also some staff are not very helpful regarding to customer service with my parents whom are in their 70s when they asked if they using the Asda app correctly, woman at self service in Barry was rude and snapped yes and walked away. Consequently the app didn't update and update their cashpot. The staff needs to improve their customer service especially patience with the elderly.

When visiting the store today a parent/guardian was faced with a screaming child. Not a problem for me a family needs to be fed no matter what. What I find unnecessary and unprofessional is a member of staff saying to me 'that's why I've chosen not to have
children'.

Had my food delivered due to mobility issues the driver did not even get out of his car and expected me to carry everything I had to call my nabour to help. Very unprofessional I feel he should leave that job and find something he would be better at

Standard Asda. Medium sized store, with clothes department and cafe. Decent size car park. Access to the car park car can be busy in the summer if you get caught up with visitors to Barry Island.
