This is located in a well connected place and there are several other shopping options available at the same place. They have large quantities of breakfast available. You can get almost all groceries here and you also get nectar points which you can use later to pay for items. The vegetables and fruits are fresh and the staff is very helpful

Good size shop with a variety of supplies, we needed noodles and they had a good variety of them to fit the finicky tastes of those in my group.

They had near empty shelves though especially with the bread section not a good selection of fresh bread either. I think l found one tiger baton.

In the end we went to Tesco to get our fresh French bread and squash.

I do think that they need to address the issue of stock especially with a rival supermarket nearby with better stock management

Just had 5 star customer service regarding an issue with an Argos collection ( sorry I didn't catch the staff members name) very thorough service and polite manor. Also had a very friendly and helpful security woman last Sunday on a visit. Many thanks!

Prices have gone up exponentially since I started coming here and the place is usually a bit of an assault course with all the cages and shelf stacking going on. Deals not properly advertised (e.g pizza deal shows as being £12 but they don't say what's included). Staff vary from rude to very friendly

Have always loved shopping here, as I work in Cardiff City Centre, the last 20 years and always kind/helpful/knowledgeable staff. Particularly the ones who have been there the last 15 years or more! Thank you SAINSBURY'S QUEEN STREET.

Typical small "local" store. Good quality items but limited in choice

I want to share something very important that is sold here, and maybe not many people know, especially tourists. they sell EU - UK plug converters. And they have lots of automated cashiers. Extraordinary.

Good town store. A few shortages of own brand items which makes it disappointing. Wasn't always like this. Shame really. Has improved since my last review but there are still shortages such as bread products in the afternoon.
