A very clean and we'll stocked store not one of the biggest stores around but u can almost guarantee you can get the monthly shop under one roof. Have toilets and baby changing and big enough for even double prams to get around the shop.

I visit this Store quite often and it is pretty good, it is usually clean, staff are friendly and fresh produce is tasty! I try and live a sustainable way of life and this Tesco Extra offers that to me to a point with package free fruit, veggies, bakery Items, deli and seafood counters!
When packing your carrier bags, remember to grab your containers, jars and or draw string bags to count down on plastic and save you time and money!
When at the Deli counter I asked for two pasties in my own container yet the staff member printed the label and placed on plastic bag - not the outcome I wanted yet still worth bringing the container so I know what to do next time - ask for the label or have it placed on the container instead!

Always had excellent service over many years and I’ve come to know some really lovely hard working staff members here. They are polite, friendly and always helpful. The store is always well stocked and always plenty of food right throughout the year including peak times such as Christmas Eve. There are certain staff members who really go above and beyond such as the friendly and helpful guy Nate on Fruit and Veg and also people on the Scan and Shop checkouts. I’ve never had any issues here in nearly 20 years.

On multiple occasions I have reported the fact that their disabled toilets are not up to standard as their red string is unreachable from the floor. This however has not been dealt with over the last 3 months from when I first reported it and my concern is falling on deaf ears. I am hoping that posting this publically will ensure something is done.

Helpful staff, always polite. Also, Tescos is the only store out of the big four that have reliable disabled scooters, well done tescos

I don't believe it's possible for 3 members of staff behind the tobacco counter to continue with end of shift admin and not come across as completely rude whilst ignoring a waiting customer.

Shop is fine, but the strategy of having 2-3 people only on checkout and trippling the self service in past few years I'd a joke. Wouldn't be so bad if they properly staffed the self checkout areas, but there's usually one poor person covering 20 stations. Service is what lets this store down. Switch to Sainsburys nearby

Took a friend for 'the breakfast ' this morning. Four staff behind counter, but took a full two minutes before our presence was acknowledged Then, a surly assistant, didn't listen to our order properly and had to be stopped from pouring the wrong coffee order. When the food arrived, the leathery sausage complimented the solid fried egg,and the sliver of bacon looked suitably embarrassed. The baked beans and hash browns were apparently impossible to screw up,and so, were acceptable. The thin slice of toast was limp and cold. Worst cooked breakfast to date
, and not even cheap. Never again!
