Asda Caldicot Supermarket

Love their rewards on the reward app. I tend to shop little and often as oppose to doing a quick shop and checking their app to see what gets the most points is very rewarding. Had £10 off my last shop from using their app.

Nice clean asda store little small compared to most but has 99% of what you want mostly missing cake selection, household stuff and clothing range

We normally use this Asda as it's the closest for us. We often choose to travel further afield as this one never seems to have many options available. The options they do have are normally out of stock or the use by dates are extremely short! The car park always has plenty of space available so I can't fault that!

Check sell buy dates before you buy as asda don't seem to. I have regularly bought out of date produce here.
It's very inconvenient to drive back and refund or replace.

The staff here are really helpful, a really old bloke called Calvin on the freezer section was so helpful the day I was in there.

It's absolutely DREADFUL. I called in there about 9.30am this morning 26/01/23.
Staff were sullen ( not surprised working there) I asked about a product which had DOUBLED in price in TWO days. I was polite. Staff weren't interested .I asked to speak to the Manager and was told Manager was in a meeting 🙄. On arriving home I tried ringing the store but no option to speak to ANYONE. All automated. I then phoned customer service. On hold for 16 minutes before someone answered only to be told to GO ONLINE .Any questions are answered on there. They then ended the call. 'm 67 I would like to actually speak so a PERSON .
