Tesco Superstore

Awful customer service, had my one year old child with me and was doing self checkout. I was excused of stealing as my son had a paw patrol toy in his hand which I haven't scanned yet and was not finished paying for all my items yet.

Ended up speaking to a manager as I was disgusted by the way I was spoken to while STILL scanning all my items.

Manager apologised on college behalf. But had no such thing of the employee in question just was rude and inpatient.

Stock levels are either 0 or very limited availability for customer, also the ystrad mynach store has has another shift around and to locate the normal range of products takes even ponger

Used this Tesco shop quite regularly on foot as I don't currently drive but will no longer bother again in the future as on my most recent visit today I found that not only were there stock trolleys randomly left in the aisles but also larger gaps where stock (which I should add I can get in the larger Risca store with no problems) should be and stock just randomly placed on the shelves. To also top it off other shoppers thought it perfectly acceptable to block the aisles with their trolleys and have lengthy conversations which is not only incredibly frustrating and inconsiderate but also prevents staff from being able to get past to stock items up. Also, I noticed a large number of customers thinking its fine just to leave their trolleys rolling around the carpark when they're done with them instead of putting them back into the trolley bays, totally inconsiderate.

I think its a Crackibg place to shop.

You need get a petition to parliament...banning customers talking to each other....
And...Tesco Staff to be trained as
MIND READERS
THEY don't leave Trolleys about outside...lazy prats of Customers do.

Good sized store with a wide range of goods. However, the card and book section was very limited and poorly designed. The magazine are right next the the lottery checkout so you have to queue right in front the magazines so it is difficult the view the magazines due to the queue for the tills.

No diesel again what a joke you really are. Everyone else got it except Tesco shambles of a company.And they say every little helps big joke 8 chicken nuggets were 8 for a £1 Now 8 for £1.50 every little helps you are a joke of a company. All you do is rip people off.

Boring I sat in the car my Mrs went in store .....maybe you best ask her next time.... I hope this helps ...

Popped in here a few days ago, never had an issue myself. However, whilst walking down the fruit aisle a Tesco employee was walking just in front of me. A lady in a wheelchair stopped the employee and asked if she could kindly reach 3 packs of cherries for her off the top shelf. The employee replied ‘ I haven’t started my shift yet ‘. I took it upon myself to grab the cherries for the customer. The employee then must of had a change of conscious knowing I heard her as she said after I’d helped the customer that she would of done it . Never mind every little helps, obviously the staff don’t.
