Used smart shop for the first time, found it very useful!

Incorrect pricing. Today I brought a coffee filter maker on offer from £30 to £25. I checked my receipt afterwards only to find I had been charged full price. When I questioned it a Sainsburys representative Kevin told me it’s a big store we get things wrong you have to pay the full price or have a refund. It’s a good job we checked the receipt. Good’s marked up as been on sale when there clearly not. How many other customers are ripped off without knowing. I’ll definitely be using Tesco in future.
Update. Sainsburys customer service said that what they did was wrong and against trading standards, and that the manager would contact me. That was three weeks ago and no contact. 🤔

Some shade available in car park, but we need more trees please. Spacious well stocked store, nicely laid out and with friendly, helpful staff. Great selection of clothes and homeware and I even spotted some surf boards!

Just returned from the big Xmas shop having filled my trolley with some very scrumptious food! I owe my heartfelt gratitude to a lovely member of staff called Matthew who seemed to be the designated "Good Samaritan" . I asked Matthew several times where different things were and he very obligingly guided me to the aisle where the product was. He did this repeatedly but always wearing a big smile and chatting the whole time. I think it's amazing that at Xmas there is a designated member of staff only there to assist people like me. It made the whole shopping experience an absolute delight tonight with a friendly chat thrown in for good measure. Thank you Math!

Nice sized car park with its city centre location. High quality items as you would expect but typically prices of food can high. Home section is worth a look especially when prices are reduced.

What ever they are paying some of the staff. They work Beyond there pay grade. I mention a person called Rachael. She is a starlight for your organisation. Nothing is a problem. She goes all out to give her best. A credit to Sainsbury’s. 💪👏

Well stocked. Clean environment and helpful staff. Among the many things here I find my favorite cigarettes and an exceptional artisan baguette

Relatively clean and well stocked supermarket, the patisserie counter is incredible and the rottiserie chickens delicious. Seems to be busy at all times of day, also if wearing joggers or sportswear you will be followed by staff/security.
