You dont order in this place. Super expensive for what you get. The delivery was late, it did show it was delivery, and it did arrive 1 hour later.
It was terrible, sushi that we could have bought for less than 10 pounds in tesco. The order was 26 pounds and we got two boxes of less than 20 cm that content 20 pieces of sushi, the quality was ridiculous, worse sushi we have ever order. Tiny pieces of sushi with a some cucumber inside, or tiny bits of salmon or tuna! Honestly dont order in this place. You better throw your money down the toilet.

I placed my order at 8.39pm and was estimated to arrive at 9:15-9:30pm. I then called them at 9:53pm asking where my order was. He then advised me that it will be with me in 10 min. I then contacted them again at 10.14pm asking where is my order for them to say the delivery man is at your door! I went downstairs to see if he was at my door and he wasn’t (I also have Ring). He then called me back and told me that his driver got lost and went to the wrong address. As you can imagine I was past eating by that time as It was getting very late. I didn’t want to risk waiting another 30 min to 1hr so I told him to cancel my order which they said they would, clearly this didn’t happen! I got charged and then had to take it up with Uber. For my first order with Hiro Sushi this is very unprofessional and I am disappointed. This place does not live up 4.1 stars on Uber eats! In my opinion I think your reviews are not genuine. If it was you wouldn't have 1 star on Goggle reviews. Looking at the reviews I am glad I never got the chance to eat anything from here. I wish I had looked up this place on google prior to placing an order with them. I will NEVER order from this place again. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!

We waited for more than one hour and a half. We couldn’t see where the driver was on the app. We called the restaurant 1 hour after placing the order and we are pretty sure that they had not started preparing it yet, although they told us repetitively that “it was on the way”. We called again 20 minutes later (the driver was supposed to take 15mins) and they told us that the driver was 5 minutes away. After 15 minutes, the order finally arrived. In addition to this, the food was very poor quality, definitely not worth the money. If you like cucumber, this is your place. We ordered 3 different types of sushi rolls and all of them contained 80% of cucumber and a bit of the rest. Never again.

The only redimeble feature of this sad take away was the driver, who was polite and wasn't too late. The food? Well...I order on a hurry as me and boyfriend were ravenous, and we didn't read the reviews. The order were two school dinners for £26. Food bland, and the rice was BASMATI, and my noodles were not stir fried as I asked. I'm still trying to eat, as I write the review...really is the saddest, tasteless food I ever order. Again, the driver saved them from 1 star. Plus, I order from a place called goma suchi and received from here. You tell me.

Have never been more disappointed. I've been raving about their branch in Kilburn Lane, the sushi, unbelievably good - we eat it several times a week. I decided to order from their website today, with a 20% discount and no delivery fee it seemed like the better option. Big mistake. They assinged me to the Fulham branch, despite being 5 minute drive from the other. I waited an hour for my food, a man even called me to confirm my address. The food. Terrible. My 5 year old cousin could do a better job rolling the sushi. On top of that, I made my normal order and decided to try something different. My usual came COOKED. What salmon sushi comes COOKED. It was bland, falling apart, and also deep fried or something, god knows what abomination they used to make this sushi. I am extremely disappointed, honestly the worst start to my day. They ruined what was otherwise a great experience.

I ordered on UberEats at 5:50pm because it was showing a delivery time of 6:30pm. It is now 8pm and I haven’t received my food. I’ve called twice just to listen to their voice recording for 10 minutes before hanging up. Very disappointing.

We ordered from a location not too far from this branch, and despite this were made to wait for over an hour for our order without any information as to why. Calling them lead to a bewildered customer service and no further help. Would not recommend.
