Extraordinary! The flavours we've just had are simply mouthwatering! As someone who likes cooking from scratch most days, I'm picky when I order the occasional takeaway and I don't normally find them exciting enough to write a review. I'm still enjoying the dessert while typing this... You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the care in making it. Best takeaway we've had and new favourite one!

Absolutely banging! Full of flavour with the perfect amount of spice. And those sweet dumplings, well whatever I get from the menu next time it will definitely include some more of them too.

This is the BEST Caribbean food takeaway! Curry mutton is amazing. The jerk chicken is excellent. The whole menu is out of this world! The service is fantastic as well. LOVE IT!!!!!!

First time trying Caribbean food and it was great! Had the mutton, jerk chicken and ackee & saltfish. Generous portions, lovely rice and peas to mop up the sauce. Just the right amount of spice for us. Fantastic. New favourite take away!

I found Fusion Catering on google, they served up two great meals for us. We tried the boneless jerk chicken and it was tender, tasty and not oily at all
It was slightly different to the usual jerk chicken as it was skinless and boneless. The Ackee and saltfish was really tasty too, both meals were generously portioned and tasted great! We were all very happy, even the mother in-law tried some and commented on the quality of it all (she cooks great caribbean food too). Eating Fusion Catering's food was a great experience, it tasted as if it were cooked at home with love!

Absolutely the best Caribbean about!! Jerk chicken is so delicious as well as the dumplings. The plantain is sooo lovely. Amazing service aswell. 100% recommend. You must try this!!

Thought we’d try Carribean food today so we ordered and went to collect, so surprised at how immaculately clean their premise is.
Even in this heat the guys were great to converse with.
Food was very tasty and will definitely order from there again.

Thats some good Yard food! Best I've seen and had around St Albans especially when your Jamaican and you want some jerk chicken and rice&peas. If only it was outside my workplace in St Albans Street Market on a Wednesday.
