DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

I placed an order via Uber eats and only received a third of my order and no main meal. I called the shop to inform them of their error and was met with a rude, incompetent woman who put the phone down on me. She suggested that I had to come and pick up the order, which I declined (if I had a way to collect I won’t have paid extra for delivery). The Uber driver offered to go and collect my meal provided they paid for his fare of £5 to which the lady declined. She said that her boss rarely comes in to the store and he is not picking up his calls so there was nothing she could do and hung up! Uber eats I’d say drop this restaurant as your partner and refund me my money!!!

Peckham Branch started off good. Revisited after a hiatus from a Peckham. Gross nasty disgusting way. There is no order in the way they serve-they serve who ever they want so basically no order. The chicken suya was not chopped up in a way that was edible, no tissue was put to n the bag. I would avoid and visit Alhaji Suya on Bird in Bush road- real Hausa and I'm Nigerian too.

Honestly for the time and amount of money spent. It was well worth it. Got a little bit of everything and it was on point! Ordered via Uber eats and it was fresh and flavorful when it arrived. Definitely ordering again when I am in town.
The Agege bread is amazing sooooo fresh and delicious.

The member of staff didn’t know much about the food he was selling which was a slight shame as you’d think the staff would know what they’re making and selling. That aside, when I placed my order, the bakery items I had ordered and payed for were warm and fresh - just the way you’d expect when making a purchase fresh from the bakery. The bread I purchased was a real treat to eat and was easy to cut (I had to cut it myself) however I feel that for the amount you get, it was a little overpriced but the taste had made up for it.

This particular branch sells food that's out of date. Just smell the food before you taste and
you will realise its more than 3 days old even the meat taste off. Strangely enough I don't get the same experience at the Dagenham or Peckham branch. Beware and be warned, I was still there on the 6th of May 2020 and the food taste off both jollof rice and meat. I will never go to this branch again.

Love the food here and usually like calling ahead to check if they have what I'm after however they've changed the phone to a switchboard a few months ago and its difficult to talk to people in branch. Angel's Bakery - you need to change this so we're not making pointless trips only to find out half the menu is sold out.

This is the last time I'll be ordering from this place. They're very useless. 3 times I've ordered beef suya here which says it comes with tomatoes and onions, just for the thing to arrive with nothing, just bare bitter roasted beef, no salt. Mf. 2 out of 3times I've bought the leaf moimoi, it was spoilt 🤷‍♀️. And this leaf moimoi is not cheap. How can u be selling people sour moimoi? Disgusting. And they show no remorse. And then you can't even call them cos they've diverted their calls to somewhere I don't know. Skimmers.
