Domino's Pizza - Boston

This is my closet dominos since I moved.
It's a shame they don't deliver to my area but it's ok.

Plenty of parking outside despite it being a shared car park with coop and a charity shop. Good location that is easy to find.

I used the all to order and picked up in store. The staff are friendly and I found the venue to be clean and tidy with all promotional material in good condition which adds to a more pleasant environment.
The deals are a bit sparse but I was able to find a deal that suited what I wanted to order.

Called Domino's and requested a large pizza for collection. Got a text message stating it would be ready in 8 mins, arrived to collect bang on time, paid the £9.99, pizza was not ready, there is a large poster on the wall "Buy one get one free on all collection orders", I said to the girl behind the counter, you never mentioned that to me on the phone.

She replied, my apologies, I can put one through for you now, I said great and told her another large pizza. She then said that will be £9.99, I said thought that was the free one? no she replied you have to put them through together.

So I said I thought you were giving me that one free as I have now paid £9.99 for one pizza when I can get two at the same price, she just stood there looking sheepish, I said forget it.

I then still waited another 20 mins for my original order.
I will not be ordering from Domino's again, all you have done there is lose a valuable customer.

Poor show Domino's.....

Shocking customer service. Missed food on the delivery. Very abrupt, rude and unapologetic girl tells me I'm going to have to wait at least 1hr 30 as they are extremely busy, when I can order another and get it in 20 minutes on the app.

We ordered a meal for delivery on line at 8pm the website gave the estimate of 35mins I started to try to call them at 9.30 and had no answer for ages the web still showed at the order stage when I did get thru I was told at least another 30 mins as they were busy, I asked if I colleected how long, they said 10 mins! I went and it still took nearly 20 mins. They apologised said they were very busy but that doesn't help when we ended up eating way after 10pm.
No offer of compensation which may have helped.

Itd would be great to give it 5/5 stars, but unfortunately it’s not perfect. Have been using delivery for good 2+ yrs and most of the time it arrives within 20 to 30mins of ordering. Staff who delivers are friendly enough.

Had to give directions quite numerous of occasions due to newish area, (5 years ). Perhaps they need to update the new builds’ address on the driver’s satnav. Overall, always tasty, hot food upon arrival. Keep it up

I can't fault Domino's Boston. Every delivery we've had has been spot on. Accurate, speedy and the food is delicious. The tracker on the app is great.

Visit most weeks, always consistently good food. Easy to order online, almost always ready by the time we arrive just over 10 mins after ordering.
