Jack's Fish Bar

Order 40mins late had to chase more than once. Some of it missing. Only just warm. Fish batter very hard and chewy, with lots of bones in fish not nice at all, in fact terrible meal. It went in the bin. Very disappointing. Driver not wearing gloves. Will not use again.

Feeling rather disappointed with my order today.. My order took over an hour to be delivered. When my food arrived after me having to ring up on more then one occasion to chase up where my delivery was half of it was luke warm and it become cold very quickly. Never mind the fact some of the order was incorrect and was missing items too.. Unfortunately will not be using these again..

Recently moved to the area so first time trying this place. Food was lovely, hot and delivered within 15 minutes! Will definitely use again.

Chips are really greasy and soggy, ordered a couple of times just in case it was a bad batch but always the same. Won't use again. Burger wasn't bad, but randomly had carrots in the salad.

I'd you're going to take orders from Sheppey on just eat, maybe you should start accepting them too.

Chicken tikka Masala was awful had a inch of oil on top also my wife had donor meat and was also awful inedible

The food was alright. Although it was REALLY greasy and we had to chase them because they were 50 minutes late. Also left out a bag of Maltesers TWICE. I mean £2 per small packet is absurd. Left them out and didn’t even come back to give us them. Waste of money. Wouldn’t recommend.
