2 for 1 Pizza Place

After the third time of ordering and each time having parts of the order missing we have decided to call time on this takeaway. When you call back to confirm the order because you realise the price is not right and they still get the order short it’s not good. The girl on the phone has no interest at all and is totally uninterested that someone is missing out on their food. She is argumentative and rude. She just says we will send it out when we have a free car, half an hour after food delivered, what a laugh ! They don’t care if the rest of your meal is going cold whilst you wait. Even when you tell them you have not got the right order in three occasions there is no apology or refund as they still charge you for the missing part of the order. What a cheek. Bad bad customer service

Fantastic food never had a bad meal from here, they work around me really well as I can't have certain things. Will always use 2 for 1 👌

We have used this place many times.tonight we had wrong order (not for the 1st time) but they got it really wrong.when I phoned up they told me I was wrong.i order the same thing every time.guy on phone wasn't helpful.

Nice clean shop, friendly staff, lovely pizza. Fresh, hot and tasty by far best I've had for a long time.

This takeaway has some interesting views of what buy one get one free means. A single 10 inch ham and pineapple is £6, however if you order two 10 inch ham and pineapple pizzas it comes to £11.90, this is due to them being on the buy one get one free menu, this leaves you saving 10p, certainly not buy one get one free. When this was discussed with them on the phone that this is not buy one get one free, I was asked if I could go down to the shop and they would 'explain' it to me. Not bad pizzas, but certainly bad marketing and customer service.
