Domino's Pizza - London - Hither Green

On a couple occasions the app has told me my food is ready to collect but when I have turned up some of my order hasn't even begun being cooked. I don't seem to have this problem when I visit other stores. Once ready the food is great as expected from Domino's.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

I ordered 2 large stuffed crust pizzas with 14 Franks hot wings. We were given the wrong wings and were given plain wings instead.

After notifying the store, I was told that the correct wings would be delivered to me. I waited for the wings but did not receive them that night. As it was quite late, I decided to call up and enquire the next day.

I reached out to the store and asked for the wings to be delivered and I was greeted by a rude employee who shouted at me and and eventually hung up on me.

I was then called by that same employee using his personal number and was told he would deliver the wings. I couldn't even bring myself to eat the wings when they arrived due to the sour taste that was left in my mouth from the encounter with the rude staff member. I also felt that he may have sabotaged the wings to due to his aggressive nature.

No level of customer care or consideration. Extremely disrespectful staff with no customer service skills. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

Avoid this place its a joke called over 33 times no answer. Taken payment off my card and no delivery........... been waiting over an hour and now I'm writing this review. Thank u catford branch for trying to help excellent manager will be using catford branch from now on. Now speaking to customer services they said there was a problem with the app and I will be refunded. Change rating to average

I have seen over 50% of the current reviews of the Hither Green Branch negatively commenting on the service. Yet still the same workers are employed providing a poor representation of Dominoes. I see no effort is made to address these complaints or compensate those whom have suffered at the hands of this branch.
This evening we have had to physically drive down to the branch to collect our food which they claimed to have delivered. Money was taken and we watched the app for updates and stood outside waiting for the driver only to watch him sit in his car then drive off with out delivering our food
Abysmal service!!!

I am absolutely appalled by the service of this branch. I asked for a phone call when my order arrived but my phone unfortunately died and I was unable to answer the call. Apparently the guy was stood outside with my order but it didn't occur to him once to knock on the door because my note said to call. Apparently initiative is not something that the Hither Green Branch are particularly bothered about. Apparently it's my fault for not being clear in my note... When the Hither Green Branch are prepared to think outside the box, a little, with getting orders to people then I'll be happy to order from them again. As it is, I suspect I'll be waiting a long time before I order from this branch again which is a shame as the pizza isn't bad.

This shop never get my order right. Every time I place an order with this particular domino’s it’s always wrong or the always put the wrong toppings on my pizza ( ham&bacon) I don’t eat pork but my pizza is always fill with pork . I do call up to try and resolve the issue but I all I get is argument and been shouted at and told you didn’t order correctly. Bad customer service and bad food

Though this Domino's delivers food quickly, I have had the worst experience with one of their employees. She was so rude, so unprofessional, and she hung up on me - twice! Avoid ordering in-store or over the phone like the plague, because you will be met with an awful attitude.

Speaking on a current order this evening ordered a deal expectant to be delivered In 30-45mins however the app had sat on "prepared" for 45mins which is concerning rang the branch and was informed that they are busier than usual and mine was the next order to go in the oven (without me giving details of my order address or name) after an hour of being prepared it's now in the oven I understand places get busy but it's a joke! Still no delivery as of yet.....
