Domino's Pizza - London - Ealing Common

A huge thanks to the lady I spoke to today! I called at least 4 times as I couldn’t figure out how to get the best deal for my sons birthday party. She was super patient and talked me through everything and made sure all of our delicious great value pizzas were delivered on time! Thank you again!

Karol is the best manager I have ever encountered in Dominos. Not a robot but an actual human being. He makes my experience more pleasureable. Cheers Karol you have been T mazing

Very bade service and rude i order 2 pizza and I wait 1hour and 30 min for delivery never arrived I call the brunch they told me the driver dit call you but no one answered the phone but that’s not true I had my phone on my hand pure service and communication

Domino Pizza staffs was disrespectful.

I order a Pizza and some sides from Domino Pizza Ealing common on 16/10/2022. After about 20 minutes waits for the delivery; a member of staff telephoned to state that they were short staff and that the Pizza may take up to 2 hours for delivery. They requested that I either personally pick up the Pizza or they can refund my money which would take 3-5 working days.

I then ask the staff member what incentive would be given for me picking up the Pizza given that I had already paid for a delivery service. This person was so rude in their response and in the end i had to ask for a manager. The manager then came on the phone and it was clear that she was brief by her staff. She too was extremely rude and didn't consider the situation a fault of there's or one that they feel they need to address. even after they admit that it was due to being short staff.

Their blatant disrespect, their smirks during face to face conversation and their mannerism all demonstrated a lack of appreciation for the customer.

Good food, horrible experience with the staff. I placed an order and waited for about 1 hour. I tried calling the shop multiple times and only at the thrird call they picked up, then the staff member proceeded to tell me that they did not have any order from me or my number, even if I told her on several occasions that I was a regular customer and that I had the receipt of the payment. So, not onlywas I being "accused" of lying, but she was also impossible to have a conversation with. Only at the end she realised that what I was saying was true, and told me to wait other 20 minutes because they had only one driver. Yet I don't think it's a good reason to be rude to someone who's seeking help.

They do not pick up the phone called them for 30 mins straight on 4th Feb between 12.45 and 13.15, no answer

Ordered a few times from branch. Least they never seemed to take a bite out of my pizza like the Chiswick branch. Staff were helpful even though I accidentally didn’t use the deal they gave something.

Pizza always hot, fresh and tasty. Well made and staff professional.

Ordered a dominos double decadence pizza and thats how it came, all the cheese was outside the pizza pouring out rather then being inside the pizza
