Naga Grills

Got order wrong and food was cold, however this company redeemed itself by excellent customer service. They got another pizza out to me pronto with complimentary cheesy chips.
They were very apologetic, good customer service is key in a successful business and the food that came was fresh and piping hot.
Top marks for effort.

Tried Naga grill for the first time yesterday with my work lot for our Friday treat. Was very very impressed! Great clean shop, staff members really friendly. The Naga kebab in naan bread is out of this world! Everyone loved their lunch and we will be back very shortly!

I've tried Naga Grill and couple of times in it's first week since opening and I've got to say... I'm impressed! The food is amazing - tasty and fresh. And the service is first class. Keep up the good work guys!

P.S. I'd recommend the Naga Donner in Naan, it's to die for.

Messed up the whole order, missed items from the order despite confirming the order thrice and overcharged us as well. No apology offered and worse of all was they tried to argue for 15 minutes over the phone instead of trying to resolve the matter. Bad attitude, especially the guy in the background (yes we could hear you).
Left very bad taste in our mouth!

Food has gone majorly down hill since new owners took over. Donna meat is reheated and poor Quality. Naan bread is getting more like the ones you buy at the supermarket and the pizzas are getting worse too. To make things worse the opening times seem to be getting later and later. No good if you want lunch them opening at 4pm

Very nice chips at a reasonable price, their pizzas are very nice too. Delivery time can be a bit longer than promised at times but the meal always arrives hot and well worth it.

Amazing food from here great price and best food I've had in ages definitely reccomend had a wrap/burger very generous amount definitely try it you will not be disappointed! 😊
