A real shame. We’ve ordered from here plenty of times but the last 2-3 times we’ve ordered the delivery has been shockingly late. The food is usually really good, so have the benefit of the doubt on the late service but after waiting an hour and 50 minutes (!!) tonight for luke-warm chips, we won’t be ordering again anytime soon

Easy website for online ordering. Delivery is generally quicker than any other takeaway. The food is always well cooked and tasty. Add generous portion sizes and I think Oz's is the best kebab /grill takeaway in town

I have been a regular customer at oz’s for years and i absolutely love the food from there. I always show this takeaway to my friends and family and they also have never regretted ordering from there !!

Have used this establishment on a number of occasions and after every experience promised myself not to bother again,which led to not using this takeaway for over a year,however after a moment of weakness I relented due to my logic thinking that quality of ingredients had changed,how wrong I was !!! Chips had obviously been kicking around for a while and then reheated at they’re convenience,burger bun was soggy with a run of the mill burger and salad which was ok but then hey you only have to cut salad so pretty hard to mess that up,then we come to the donor,thought it would be served from the skewer fresh,no straight out of a pot so who knows how long it had been there,really recommend not to bother,

So the food delivered had large portions of chopped veg, full size chillies, a purée ( not sauce) and bad quality meat.. when i called to mention this … OMG … the man on the line was rude ! Shouted ! Told me to shut up and listen ! Alsooooo he hung up the call !!! Are you for real !??? Never ever have I felt so angered by being spoken to like a piece of c***… kind of like the food they offer tbh . Utterly shocking and vile behaviour. U are what u eat ! So think twice to eat here !!

Terrible service.
Ordered for delivery, requested with sauce (not done) and when food arrived it was ½ cold, chips soggy. Phoned to sort it out was told to come into the shop - which is not exactly helpful. No part refund or offer to redo the food. They put phone down on me, I called back hoping it was an accident and they put the phone back down on me again.
It said on the confirmation email to call if there are any issues and they'd be happy to help. Clearly they weren't either happy to do so or particularly bothered.
One star is too generous.

There are no words to describe my experience here. An eyelash in my pizza. My chicken and chips covered in a strange powder. The delivery was too long. Honestly tasted like lorax
