Very poor hygiene standards. Depending on the night you walk past you'll find staff smoking at the front counter.

The place looks rough as they come but foods always bang on.

I absolutely love this place not only is the food amazing and absolutely delicious but the staff are so friendly and lovely! Id give them more than a 5 star.
My mother is extremely fussy and will not order food at all but she would be more than happy to order from Joy U and that says a lot, she says the food is outstanding and she never has a complaint when having your food.
Beautifullllll food and the £13 for 4 dishes most places that do this give half portions but you get full portions from here worth every penny.

Good service. Tried 8 dishes and all were a bit bland and very low on meat. (The chicken balls were about 90% batter!) A bit disappointed if I'm honest.
