Love this place. Restaurant quality food delivered to your door is what you get here. Look at the attention to detail they put into their packaging, you know the food inside is going to have the same detail added to it.

Absolutely amazing, start to finish. Everything was fresh and bursting with flavours. The gentleman warned us a couple dishes were spicy, which they were, but not so much the heat overtook the flavours. The wings were fantastic, the sauce was unique, the heat just right.

This place is amazing. Some of the best takeaway food I have ever had. Really tasty and fresh. I was only collecting a few bits for my vegan niece, but they had some dishes that had not been collected and were going cold that they offered to us and they were stunning! .... Will definitely be back and have already told several people about them.

*update* since the management responded that they would address the issue the problem with quantity has been resolved and is much better!

Food is really good but £1.70 for a 2 oz pot of dip, they literally drizzle a tiny bit into it. It’s a 2oz pot but not even a quarter full. This is the second time I’ve ordered dips as a side as their ‘loaded’ fries no longer come with a good amount of sauce on and it ends up being dry chips and chicken. I thought the first time was maybe a mistake… but no. Also they have changed their loaded fries from a long box to a small circular one with considerably less in it.. again the food is really good it tastes amazing and I order from here often so I hope they sort this out

Such a shame that such a good restaurant has let themselves down by lying and blaming UberEats for their failure to prepare orders on time. The point of Uber is that they don’t need to worry about distribution, why would the flat tyre of a random Uber driver who hasn’t even got our food mean that the order is over 1.5 hours late? And having to chase them for an ETA twice with no phone call from them as a courtesy, completely ruining the point of ordering in for a relaxing evening. It’s a shame to be giving 1 star given the quality of food is so good but integrity really is everything and they’ve lost my trust by lying instead of being honest.

Sadly just had the worst experience from Chao chao after ordering from them many times in the past.

The order was incorrect and the wait was significant. I understand that mistakes can be made, but ringing the restaurant we experienced the worst customer service I think I have ever had. We let them know our order was wrong and wanted a refund. Was told that they would go to another customer who recieved our order and swap this over. Ordinarily I wouldn't accept this, but we both have covid so this was even more unwise which they weren't happy with. The guy on the end of the phone accused us of lying then hung up on us.

What an absoloute shame as this used to be our favourite place to order.

Really nice food, plenty of interesting vegan options. Staff are friendly and make sure orders are ready on time. We order here often and any minor issues have always been quickly resolved without any issue.

Also great that nearly all the packaging is recyclable!

Haven't used the delivery service as we always collect. Free parking opposite, just remember to grab the free parking ticket from the pay and display machine.

Food is tasty and made quickly - we can usually collect within 15 minutes. Only downside is that it’s quite expensive.
