The base was extremely weird and tasteless it sounded a good idea having a base covered in cheese and sauce and herbs topped with another base but in reality it was weird and just like cream cheese. lots of Flavour from the ingredients and with it all being fresh tasting, however £30 for one pizza is disgustingly over priced. If it wasn't for the 50% off coupon I would never have ordered

A very good example of this brand. I ordered a complicated pizza, and it was finished well on time. Added advantage of having a small Tesco beside it, meaning that you can buy some booze to go with your food.

As a typical for Domino's Pizzas you know what to expect they have been very standardized across across the board and despite the rather high prices most of the most of the time they do offer good good quality Pizza will always be recommended if you don't know where else to go however Cardiff Pizza Company is always my preference

Changed the cheese or sauce, so it tastes really sour now. They've also stopped nhs discount on deliveries, that have been going for years, but apparently don't exist anymore.

Terrible service! took over a hour to receive my order delivery driver did not follow instructions and could not find my address which was clearly instructed.
Rang bell after instructed not to! And did not say a word at the door
Food was cold and not tasty
Felt like a waste of hard earned cash.
Portions are terrible.

Uses way too much tomatoe base on their pizzas. It ruins the pizza to the point it is inedible

Had the 'pleasure' of being served by Amy today and I have to say her attitude was so negative and unhelpful. Customer service training clearly needed. She looked like she couldn't be bothered and how inconvenient it was to serve a customer.

I'll be telling all of my colleagues to avoid this branch. Food ok - service needs a LOT to be desired!

PS god forbid you ask for a dip to go in the pizza box cut out (they used to be included) - they are 50p extra which she was only to 'delighted' to inform me.

While Domino's Pizza is standard at all its sites, it is always nice to come to one of the quieter stores, as it means less waiting and less issues with other people in a small space.

The food was great, the service speedy - what more could I ask!
