Domino's Pizza - Cardiff - Rumney Hill

Love the create your own pizza option always love the tandoori chicken pieces on top. Great for my big family we enjoy a dominoes on a Friday!

Really disappointed with our delivery. We paid for large pizzas looked more like medium, it was like spot the chicken on the bbq chicken pizza. Such a shame when you promise the kids a treat and end up wasting your money!

It was alright, a but of mix up with picking up order made me wait additional 10-15min and my pizza wasn't hot but normally everything is fine

I ordered a breakfast pizza with Hp sauce and it came with ketchup. I tried to call the store but got no answer. I called them the next day and they told me there's nothing they can do as I should of called on the night. I did call on the night but got no answer.

But ordered pizza yesterday and fell
Asleep Waiting and did not hear the light
Knock on the door. Missed the delivery and no pizza . I rang but they were closed by that time 🥲

Lost a regular customer the customer service and food quality was appalling tonight, the worst thing is I've worked for dominos supply chain and I know the company expects better, Dominos have high standards and tonight those standards were certainly missing. I mean they couldn't even be bothered to cut the pizza correctly. The base was hard and the pizza cold. An hour wait for delivery aswell.

I would want to state this is a zero rating. I will be contacting head office as when placed an order, one for the app to say its delivered yet over 10mins away from my house, then the driver turns up (cctv can be provided as evidence) greets the customer then gets in the car and drives off with no explanation why (emergency family call) then to contact the store to be told half the order is wrong was the reason why then the store Manager stating clearly that dominoes does not offer any form of refunds only apply credits to the customers mobile. Absolutely disgusting. How on earth can dominoes employ someone who greets the customers then drives off then for the store to say we don't offer refunds and head office will also confirm this? Absolute joke, will be now informing friends and family what an absolute joke of a company to employ incompetent people.

Totally unprofessional delivery driver who just drove off not explaining why he could not fulfill my order...unhelpful feedback fro H.O and unsatisfactory to expect me to wait 5 days whilst my complaint is being investigated....would not recommend to family or friends....Dominoes you need to up your game
