Domino's Pizza - Ebbw Vale - Tredegar

Since this place has opened for business it has caused for kids to congregate here in dozens. They are noisy and rubbish is thrown onto the street. You can't even park outside your own home now in the disabled bay as every parking space is taken up with boy racers sitting in there cars eating pizza and playing loud music till gone 11pm. This once peaceful town even on a sunday is no more now that this place is open. Kids are forming in droves outside the pizza shop and as said, boy racers are now taking up all the parking spaces as they tuck into their pizzas. We certainly do not need any more pizza shops in this town as nearly every eating place and take away which forms most of our shops here already serves pizzas. Oh and sarkiness from staff is not satisfactory. I was in one of the local shops and this guy was at the counter in front of me with his coat half done up. I said just out of curtesy do you work at dominos a few doors away from me. He looked at me and in a smug sarcastic voice said no! I work for McDonald's. Not exactly a nice reply to a potential customers general polite question. Knob head. P.S. can not believe their delivery driver woke me up this morning at 05.32 unloading his van right outside my bedroom window. What was wrong with him unloading in the loading bay around the back of the shop.

DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. 10 days after receiving stone cold, congealed, inedible food which we had waited over 2 hours to be delivered and promised a refund for by the manager, I find myself STILL waiting for it to be put into my bank. Rang 3 days ago and was told by an assistant manager he'd look into it and ring me back, surprise, that's not happened either.

I worked there and they wasn't the best, they kept giving me shifts that I couldn't do because I had an other job and kept making me work on days I couldn't I bearly got to see my son, I was there for just over 3 weeks and I was suppose to have been paid just over 138 and they paid me 11pound for 13hours work I did

Went to get garlic pizza cookies and big dip wanted to pay cash as most shops doing these days and this shambles of a place don't take cash since "covid" now its not made by law so domino's need to step up and take cash orders like rest of the trade industry not happy waste of a journey wake up!!!!!

Lovely fresh pizza and nachos delivered on time. Staff are always helpful and polite as are the delivery drivers.
Only downside is they are really expensive.

Great service fast and good pizzas.

Attitude stinks, still waiting for refund and what use to take 20mins delivery time now takes 45+ mins.

... It took 3wks just to authorise a refund but saying you'll get refund and actually getting refund is two different things.

Food is cold by time deliver to house and it's only 3.2 miles or so away yet they still deliver over 45mins later and foods cold and greasy.

Not the best service for the money! Ordered online, then phone to Request something an they don't just mess it up once but twice! How hard can it be to get it right!
