Domino's Pizza - Maesteg

Pros: If collecting then the pizzas taste great and the staff are pleasant and helpful. Menu is added to on occasion.

Cons: More expensive than other pizza in town.
Delivery is a big hit and miss. I've had a 2 hour wait and I've been surprised by quick delivery (around 20mins). Have failed to be given a refund for late pizza also.

Tldr; I recommend collection only from this branch.

Very disappointing. Waited 2 hours for delivery but under these circumstances understand deliveries are taking longer but when food arrived it was freezing cold 🙄 picked three toppings for our pizza which were charged at £1.60 per topping. There was literally 29 pieces of sweetcorn just dumbed on 3 slices of a large pizza. Feel like I've been robbed! Will never order from here again! Absolutely disgusting and threw it in the bin! Definitely NOT value for money!

Yes, it was really convenient to be able to sit at table and eat a very well prepared pizza meal, which was presented by a friendly, efficient proprietor. Well done!

We have always had a good experience with Domino’s Maesteg but this delivery was exceptional- thanks to Ryan. We were well into enjoying the pizzas and sides when Ryan our delivery driver showed up with the missing Big Dip! That was so appreciated 😊.

This shop used to be great but standards have fallen terribly. Two recent experiences have been very poor. Undercooked pizza on first occasion, when I complained to the store they told me to contact customer services. Dominos HQ said they couldn’t deal with the issue directly as the shop is run as a franchise from Cardiff. The complaint was passed to Cardiff franchise who demanded to see pictures of the food before they would deal with it. I did provide a picture but they didn’t even reply. Atrocious customer service. Second time, tonight, took over an hour, had to call the store who didn’t really care but apologised for delay, undercooked again, cold pizza, had to reheat in the microwave. Never again will I order from this store.
