Fleet Taxis

Certainly cannot complain. Been using Graeme and the guys for a while now for airport transfers and have always received a relaxed and professional service. The cars are always clean and the drivers are always smart and polite. Fleet Taxis have never let me down and I hope it carries on that way.

I always try to use this taxi company when I finish work to get myself home but today I was shocked! I had ordered a taxi around 2pm for 3pm, came 2:50pm and I called them up to cancel the taxi as I didn’t need it in the end however I then get told that I’m no longer aloud to book any more taxis with this company due to the taxi having already arrived. But when I went outside to check there was no taxi in sight I even looked down the street but nothing. The man that was on the phone was extremely rude and even hung up on me when I expressed my deepest apologies for the late notice. I will no longer use this company and I would like the man that I was on the phone with dealt with as he was extremely rude to me, I’m just a young woman!

Update: I’m very happy with the response from this company and happy with the outcome. I got a free single use ride from work back home, the manager was such a lovely gentleman and I did apologise again for the previous issue that I’ve stated. Had a lovely chat as well with him, overall AMAZING COMPANY! :)

Absolutely spot on - Had a last minute urgent appointment, They picked me up early got me to my location early, Really appreciate yesterdays treatment and trip guys.

Second time using this company this year always on time polite chatty driver clean car, will be back.

Complete stitch-ups! Booked Mercedes for wedding turned up in scratched up sub-taxis, then threatened to go if wasnt quick enough despite changine time prior. Then over-charged, because they kneew we were desperate (£70 for 2 cars 5min drive).
