TAS Taxis and Airport Transfers

Friendly service from initial booking to ( our very early morning) pick up. We had a Confirmation call to assess sizes of luggage to make sure car was suitable and that was a great reassuring touch. Even when I asked ( the day before ) to make the booking earlier due to high levels of security delays at airport - they quickly accommodated and it made such a difference to our check in.

I would not recommend this service at all. I clearly told the phone operator that there would be two passengers with two large suitcases for an airport transfer but the car that came was not appropriate and the driver did not want to take the luggage saying that they would damage his leather seats. This was completely unprofessional and he was equally unapologetic. It was equally massively overpriced for the bad customer experience offered.I tried to call the number again to speak to perhaps a manager but turns out the calls would go to the driver himself.I wouldn't recommend using them at all.

The driver arrived on time and was very polite. I had a very safe and pleasant journey. I will most definitely be booking there services again and would recommend them to friends and family. If you want a safe, reliable, and professional service. Look no further.

Tas offers the most professional and friendly service I have ever experienced.

When Tas, arrived he called me to say he couldn't find my property, I replied I will meet him at the end of my road and he insisted on driving up the narrow path right to my door. The vehicle was emaculate, smelled great and drove like a dream. I would recommend Tas to everyone and he will be my go to driver from this point onward.

Booked a taxi for 60 quid for a 3 mile trip on NYE. Booked days in advance it turned up 45 mins late. Repeated calls and kept getting 'another 15 mins' as the response. Cannot recommend.
