OnTime Taxis Canterbury

I just had the most friendly and reliable service from these guys. Spent ages ringing around Canterbury taxi companies for no one to answer or offer me a taxi. With On Time I had a taxi booked for the next morning in under two minutes. They arrived on time and the driver couldn’t have been more lovely. He made my journey a happy one to remember !

Utterly abysmal. The worst taxi company I’ve had the misfortune of placing trust in. Booked a taxi to collect us from Heathrow at 11pm, simply didn’t turn up. Double checked with the driver on the trip to the airport prior to our trip, he checked with head office who confirmed we had a cab booked at 11pm for the return journey (we heard this with our own ears). Left stranded. Called to see where our cab was only to be told there was no booking. Beyond disgraceful. Don’t trust them to turn up at all let alone turn up on time.

Ordered a taxi for 12 pm and was asked to pay BEFORE the service. We found this to be odd but paid anyway as our pickup point was outside Canterbury. Approaching 12pm I called the company they said he should be 10 mins. Called again they said he’s be 15. The last time we called they said the driver will be 40 mins as he’s in ashford. We asked for a refund as we thought we could arrange another pickup with another company but they wouldn’t agree. The “manager”, tori, was extremely unhelpful, RUDE and had NO interest helping us. He blamed the situation on us rather than his management. We pre booked this taxi as we had to check out of an Airbnb at a specific time. We also have proof of payment and call logs recording that tori neglected. It’s currently 1:35 and my taxi has still not arrived. They keep giving excuses and blaming traffic when in reality, roads are clear and they are just clearly lying at this point. The horrible and unreliable service costed me over 200£ because of delays.

Do not offer a service you can’t provide.

Great service booked taxis for 3 days for a festival at short notice. On time efficient and polite will definitely use this company again

I have used their taxi service numerous times. Alway polite and get here is the time period they specify. Never had any issues.

After the not starting and being unable to check in at Gatwick airport we needed to get to the airport very quickly.
online taxis were the second company we called ( the first just laughed at us..) within 20 minutes Ali was with us. We were also updated that he was in his way before he got to us.

We made our flight and Ali was a pleasure to travel with. We will definitely be using on time taxis again.

It was very late. The driver kept us waiting for 20 minutes when they said they will arrive within 5 minutes or 10 minutes. Even when I ordered taxi for 4.50 pm at 3.30 pm. They were still very late.

Booked a 6 seater to take us home for £35 and it didn’t show up, rang the office to be told that they had turned up and rang me but as I didn’t answer they cancelled the job! Ordered another 6 seater to come out but the price is now £45 for the same journey with the same number of people, didn’t really have much choice so I had to pay it. Awful service. Avoid.
