London Heathrow Cars

Very efficient service. Easy to follow guidance & taxis are very clean. Both drivers that we had on our journey to and from airport were friendly and approachable. Would definitely use this service again. Also very reasonable prices as looked at prices for rail to destination and it was almost the same price as it would be to take a taxi, at least the taxi takes you right to the door, unlike having the stress of multiple train or tube journeys to your destination.

It was an amazing service! I was late after my flight landed due to customs & baggage claim so I was afraid I missed the ride or got cancelled, but then I found the driver waiting for me for more than an hour! So I’m so thankful to the service especially the driver “Fotios”. It was a great journey to my city outside London which took more or less 2 hours. Driver is very professional, kind & friendly. The person you need when you need to be comfortable in your ride but want to require some info. I arrived on time he helped me walking to my hotel. I’m so thankful!

Arrival: 0/5 stars - I made reservation weeks in advance only for them to cancel on me as soon as I arrived at the airport. After dealing with the Dublin Airport, I was just so disappointed to be treated this poorly.

Departure: 5/5 stars - Marius arrived early to make sure he beat the severe traffic due to the railroad strike. He then made sure I arrived at the airport on time in his very clean vehicle. I was extremely impressed with him and his excellent customer service that I am going to give a higher rating than I intended for the overall service of this company (especially considering my arrival experience).

We booked this car and paid a 60% premium to an Uber or bolt because we have a 1.5 year old and I’m 7 months pregnant expecting them convenient and service if having the driver waiting for us at arrivals. Instead we waited for him for more than half an hour despite having asked for the car to arrive 45 minutes after plane arrivals. The operator kept telling us the driver was parking and would meet us in 2 minutes (which was flat out lying each time he said it) and the manager we asked to speak to went on to be patronising to us on the phone. Needless to say we will not be using this service again and highly recommend you book elsewhere if you want to be met reliably on time and in accordance to the timings confirmed in your booking.

Unfortunately my driver/car was late arriving and I had to wait in arrivals for 25 minutes before he collected me (London Heathrow Cars explained this was because of a change of driver). Not a major inconvenience but certainly irritating after a long day of travelling. I had paid for the Meet and Greet Service and asked for this to be refunded. London Heathrow Cars agreed to refund £9 of the £15 fee. The driver was very pleasant.

Had a great experience with London Heathrow Cars. Originally booked online for taxis to LHR T5 and return from LGW. Due to flights being rearranged I called and was able to pretty much change the whole booking at short notice with no problem at all.

Our taxi arrived at the due time and Ibrahim loaded our luggage carefully. He was a good and safe driver and we arrived ahead of the time we needed to be at LHR T2. This was great as it gave us extra time at this chaotic period for airports. When I went to tip Ibrahim, he said it wasn't necessary and that for me was all the more reason to ensure he took it.

No hesitation to recommend.

Excellent service provided by ‘Omar’. Punctual. Professional. Efficient. Pristine car. Bottled water available.

A more horrid car service has not existed. Constantly lied to on the phone about the whereabouts of the car. Over an hour and 15 minutes late to pick up our guests. Turns out they were dropping someone off another customer at terminal two at a later time and were expecting our guests to wait. This is dishonest and horrible business practice. We wanted to give them another chance as the last time we tried to use them we got cancelled on at the last minute but this company has just completely gone down hill. Would absolutely NOT recommend.
