Premier Minicab Services

We used Premier to take my family home after our car had a cracked windscreen. The service was great and the price competitive, as the journey was from Chessington to Essex. My wife and two children travelled in the taxi and I followed separately. The driver was friendly, courteous and also posted some items that my children left behind in the car. Will use again if the need arises but would recommend to others.

He arrived early, waited patiently until I was ready, & was friendly, very helpful when I needed a cash machine & we had an interesting conversation. Very clean car & comfortable journey. Value for money & professional.

Booked airport transfer service over the phone a few times now. They accommodated at short notice compared to other local companies. Their service was excellent, punctual with good prices. Will definitely use them again. 👍

I have used Premier minicab service for years and recently they charged me an additional £12.50 over the agreed price, apparently I had too many bags. I only had cabin luggage and everything fitted with ease. I complained about it directly and this was their reason for the additional charge. It feels like day light robbery to me. Needless to say, I will be using other taxi services in the future who agree on a price and stick with it.

Had booked a trip to and from a wedding on a train strike day. Even though they had trouble finding a free driver, they resolved it quickly and saved the day! Love booking locally, great service!

Even though i told the booking office i was carrying ski equipment, driver shows and said i need a larger car, even though my bag for in with a folded down seat and says i got to pay extra £15 from the quoted price. Just ridiculous, i will avoid using them again.

We booked a taxi from chessington to Shere with return journey. The driver, Ravi arrived exactly on time for both outbound and home journey. He was polite and friendly and was happy to wait for us as our Christmas party was running a little late. Vanessa in the office was very helpful and we received text and email contact throughout. I would definitely recommend Premier minicabs, the price was competitive and service was excellent.

Needed to get to hospital in Central London for op..during train strikes. Organised Cab on phone night before..sent text with all links to my phone. Got text 30 minutes before Shahid arrived. Excellent service and excellent quality of driving. Paid very simply at end. Price charged was as quoted. I have downloaded App for future as Uber is not reliable if you have to get into central London from Greater London in am.. Paid for peace of mind and got it at every level. Well done and thank you. Will be using again.
