i was told by the person taking my booking the standerd charge 50.50 from Heathrow to golders green plus paying for the parking. They asked how long after the plane land i want driver i said 30 minutes.
We landed EARLY but it took about 40 minutes rill i met the driver. He ended up with basic fare plus 8. 50 for parking plus i dont know how much for 10 minutes extra WAITING all together he wanted 69 pounds.
I didnt agree this is outrageous. He arrived at the parking the minute the plane landed that was stupid of him as he knew i couldn't be out so fast. Then after 30 minutes he starts extra charge for waiting. That outrageous he should have arrived at airport 20 minutes after landing and he wouldn't need to charge for extra parking and extra waiting.

Tried talking to the fellow at the office he just seemed to help the driver.

Drivers are always on time and super friendly. Pricing can vary from one day to another though (I take the same route twice a week) but they are very reliable overall 👍🏻👍🏻

They used to have good service, today they have no service at all, because they have already taken over the market here, most of the time they don't have taxis, only for VIP regulars, and until someone answers, they always answer with no desire to talk and no desire to provide service, doing a favor that Answers the phone, and just wants to finish as quickly as possible, today during the night for a few hours they didn't have taxis, so they should turn off their phone and not answer at all.
They usually don't have taxis.

On 21 November a 9am I booked a car for 12:30 to take me to Barts Hospital and explained that it was for a cardiac scan, I informed what ward I wanted and was told that the car was booked. I did not receive confirmation of the booking or advice from the driver about arrival time. At 12:30 I went out to the gate by the pavement, phoned Emmes and was connected to a recorded service unintelligible in the open with traffic noise. I tried hitting numbers on my keypad and a person told me that the car was on its way and would arrive shortly. At the same time a phone message informed that the car had been booked at 12:31. It turned up at 12:55 and left us at the wrong entrance to the hospital from where we had to walk in the rain added to the 25 minutes waiting in the cold and rain for the car to arrive. At the hospital reception we were admonished for arriving late!

Adding fees to the already expensive price I was told on the phone, it was £62. When I called again after arguing with the taxi driver,
I was informed I had to pay £12 waiting, £7 parking and instead of £62 the price went up to £65. Total journey was £81. Thieves! Never again.

DISSGUSTING!!!!!!
I booked a car from kings cross for 7:45 i waited till 7:55 and then tried to call but waited on the line a few minutes and they hang up. so i tried a few times till 8:15 then they picked up and told me "sorry we hope to get a car for you in the next minutes it was raining and cold i was there with 2 baby's so i went with the underground. about a half hour after i got home i am getting a call from the driver shouting that he is waiting for me and i have to pay him.
