Please do not use these cowboys, rating them 1 star is killing me. It has taken me three times to learn from my mistake. Twice they have left my guests coming from abroad waiting over 1 hour at the airport. Today they left myself and my family waiting over 2 hours, everytime we called they lied. Farhan the agent is a liar, the promises he had made that the cab driver will be there 20 min, 15 min, on the way etc. This equated to 2 hours, he had the audacity to tell me that we had booked it for 10.30am whereas our flight had arrived at 6.55am. We were sent confirmation via text of arrival and flight number, so they clearly knew as we had booked 2 days in advance. We were courteous to let them know that the bags were a little delayed by calling them, to delay their pick up by 30 min so they clearly knew we had arrived. The customer service is horrendous, obviously i called a few times whilst waiting for over 2 hours, but they kept hanging up or connecting me to the driver who would then divert me to a voicemail. Thank god we were approached by another cab company who then drove us to our destination, with only small increase in price. I paid for convenience and I'm glad i did. As the driver for Kenton cabs then contacted me (after 30 min ) when we had arrived home and he didnt care. He was so rude, no apologies that he kept us waiting etc. Cowboys unreliable, liars, and will disappoint.

Asked for £117.00 instead of the normal £22-25.. Total RIP OFF Upon questioning why the rate was high, I was asked to go, check and come back with an answer. Very unpolite gentleman on the phone. I will not encourage anyone to opt for this service

Total rip off...wanted to charge me £15 for a 2 mile journey, when another company i phoned straight after charged me £7.

They charge extra to go to a and e section of Northwick Park hospital when it’s only mere meters away from the main entrance, bear that in mind
