Really unhappy with this service. Had booked for a 3am taxi so we could make our train to the airport. At 3.01 I called up to ask where our taxi was, and was informed it hadn't even been dispatched yet and would be another 10-15mins. It would have been helpful to know this as I would have made alternative arrangements, so would suggest better communication for any future bookings. Thanks

I have been using minicab.com for a number of years for work and more recently personal business, and I can honestly say that I have had the best service. Drivers are always on time and are super helpful, and the customer service is outstanding. I would 100% recommend.

Edit: After returning on the Sunday evening we received a call from minicab.com apologising for the mistake. They also kindly insisted on refunding the difference in cost to us and have given their staff training to ensure this doesn't happen again. Credit to them for the effort in resolving the situation and making us feel like valued customers.

We pre-ordered a 7 seater taxi from this firm 2 weeks prior to our arrival into Stansted to take us home to Croydon. The taxi that arrived only had capacity for 6 people. They apologised but they offered us no solutions e.g. sending an additional taxi as part of the original price or offering reimbursement to order from another firm. The lack of solutions is not surprising given they are unable to grasp the fundamentals of running a taxi company. To make things worse the driver (who was misinformed) will not likely be reimbursed for his time or money (£7) spent in the short stay car park. I would not recommend you use this company.

Call staff always pleasant and willing to help day or night. Any adjustments to our journey they are also there to accommodate and always on time. The staff are very responsive and sufficient at all times. Keep up the good work Kendal Cars. To Our Driver and Escorts (you know who are) you are also happy and helpful in any situation.

Christmas evening minicab booked in advance online, message sent after pickup time saying they could not provide service. Understood that they may have problems with lack of drivers, but I could have made alternative arrangements if I had known they had issues even an hour or two in advance. This is unprofessional and very surprising as I have used this company many times and have always found them very reliable.
