Absolutely useless. I use this firm over the larger taxi companies to help them stay in business but they are just too unreliable, consistently late and today didn’t even turn up at all, despite me booking the night before and stressing the urgency. I called to see where the taxi was this morning but they hadn’t even got it on the radar, despite their even their automated system knowing about it and me pleading with them the night before not to be late. If you need to be somewhere at a particular time do not use this firm, this is the 5th consecutive time they’ve screwed up my booking, I’m at the end of my tether with them, it’s pathetic.
