Well, I'm not surprised this company are receiving such awful reviews. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. It's not the fault of the drivers, it's the disgusting controllers in the office.They're rude and obnoxious. I've informed all my family and friends to discontinue using this firm. The owners need to replace their rude staff if they want any business.

Booked 8 hours prior and prepaid. Car hadn't arrived 10 minutes later than booked arrival time. Call office to enquire whereabouts and received the most insincere apology of "sorry mate nothing I can do". Not the first time I've experienced lateness from one of their pre-booked cars.
Not going to happen again as I won't be using them in future. Uber or Bolt will suffice.

I do use Aba card time to time. This morning I called to book a trip the lady was absolutely rude shouting in the phone to be no customer service at all level. I just had a good morning and I am not a kind of customer who will shout back instide I will never use ABA anymore and share my experience with others.

We have just had the most helpful taxi driver, on an early Saturday morning in the pouring rain. We were slightly confused as to the exact location of where we needed dropping, (going to Strictly at Elstree studios) and he went out of his way to help us. Thank you.

I booked a cab to pick up my friend from Luton airport. Controller told me pick up fare is £35.00 from Luton to Borehamwood and £10.00 for parking and pick up charges altogether £45.00. Pick up is £5.00 from Luton I go there very often. When my friend about to pay the cab driver asking another £5.00 for pick up. My friend didn’t argue he paid. I called the cab office and complain for extra charges they didn’t return my call or show any manners. Very bad service and I highly recommend not to use them unless they honest with their fare. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Driver very rude, extremely late for pick up no apology or compensation. Awful management and customer service. Please do not use. You will be let down and very disappointed. Better cab firms out there.

Terrible service. The driver was incredibly rude and wasn’t transparent with the price. Changed it twice during the journey. Genuinely worried for my safety. Avoid.

I travel abroad and would use this mini cab company for airport transfers and pick ups on a regular basis.
I have lived in borehamwood for 30 years and will never use aba cars again. I have had much trouble with this company but this was the final straw .
After landing after a long tiring flight the driver who met me at Heathrow Terminal 5 refused point blank to assist me with my luggage.
He told me that he is a driver and not my servant (I am not joking) and would not help me with my luggage to his car. Quite obviously this driver has a big chip on his shoulder.
Also his appearance was dirty and unkept and very unprofessional and he was very rude in a passive aggressive way
It was late at night otherwise I would have canceled and made my own way home and I certainly did not feel safe getting into the car with this driver.
So ladies beware ....
I am now using Herts cars. A bit more expensive but its a better service and I get treated with respect. A much better service for a business traveller like myself
I did lodge a complaint but not sure if any action was taken against the driver.
