I want to give less than 1 star. This firm is a joke. We pre-booked for a return airport trip with our 4 month old and the day of travel the driver turned up without a car seat. After a lot of arguing we ended up taking the baby in our arms back to their office to get a car seat. After giving us two inappropriate seat options (one for a toddler and one with malfunctioning straps) we had to take the toddler seat. Knowing there was an issue with this office we should have known better but still kept the return trip booked in the hope it was a one off error. We called from overseas to confirm the booking - with an age appropriate child seat two days before returning only to have the driver turn up, once again, without a car seat. This driver had something that flipped out of an existing seat for a child (not baby, not even toddler - child) and said this was for us to put the baby in. Back to East London. We sent him packing and if you don't want to have the same disappointing experience you'll avoid them at all costs. There has been no accountability from anyone at the office with everyone blaming the other and the controller even insulating that it was our fault for walking away from the driver. Avoid at all costs.

One star is too generous for this service. Cab turned up 40 minutes late, which meant I could not join my family at my own birthday dinner I had planned. A shambles. Cab driver had not allowed time for traffic, and he also mixed up postcode digits and ‘arrived’ at a petrol station a mile away. What a joke. Wouldn’t give us a discount either. I had pre booked and paid in advance. Should have booked an uber....

The most unprofessional and rude taxi driver I've ever seen in London - wanted to leave me walking with the huge luggage and additional boxes for 5 minutes from the set location just because he was stuck in traffic (as if London is always traffic free at 9 am in the morning!)and accused me for using their company just because they are cheap and booking through Kabbee which, according to the driver, sends them 'dodgy customers'. Absolutely awefull service! They don't deserve even half a star

AVOID!! Terrible, don’t use!! Booked online with 4 hours notice. Called the office when landed at airport and was told it was going to be 5 minutes late. Taxi is 25 minutes now late and still waiting on it, called their office again and now got a text advising about another 15 minutes - so 40 minutes late for a pre-booked and pre-paid taxi!! Avoid or at least don’t pay online, that way you can go grab another taxi without thinking about how they handle refunds.

I would like to make a formal complaint about one of your drivers. He picked myself and a friend up (Liliana Vetter who made the booking) from gatwick. I have a number of complaints, the main being seriously dangerous driving. But I will go through all of them.

Firstly, he was nearly half an hour late because he “needed to park”. Frankly you had our flight details and a pick up time so being late is unacceptable service. We received little to no help when calling the company.

Secondly, part of the M25 was closed adding a half hour extra to our journey. Now, I am well aware that this is not your fault but if you are operating taxis around the M25 it’s plain incompetent not to check for road works or traffic updates round it. Pathetic.

Thirdly, despite having sat back he seemed incapable of navigating without help. He couldn’t find his way round the road works for a good amount of time, and the route programmed in did not o to my house. I had to direct him. Pure incompetence.

And finally, the big one, dangerous driving. This man, I dare not call him a taxi driver as it would be an insult to taxi drivers, was falling asleep at the wheel for most of the journey. He swerved all over the m25, brakes Subventionen and seemed to only catch turns at the last minute on country roads, and full on closed his eyes at one point on the m40. This is unacceptable. It is dangerous. It is ILLEGAL. I will be reporting this to the necessary authorities. You cannot charge people for a taxi when the driver is not fit to drive. We were terrified.

I will be posting this publicly so everyone else is aware of your shocking standards and the potential threat to their lives. I believe Miss Vetter (copied) is owed a full refund for this atrocious service.

DO NOT BOOK. TERRIBLE, CRUEL, DISCRIMINATORY SERVICE AGAINST DEAF PEOPLE. This company refuses to give my grandad and mother their money back, despite the fact they never picked up my 87-year-old, profoundly deaf grandad who was travelling alone. My grandad and mum both tried to tell them my grandad's train was delayed but they didn't respond to emails. When my grandad got through on the phone, he explained he was very hard of hearing, and they asked when he would arrive. He said the LNER train was very delayed and he had no information as a passenger, can they monitor the LNER times. They called again and my grandad explained this again. Then they said they would not wait, and took the full sum from my mum, who booked the service. They have refused to respond to over 15 emails asking for an explanation for why they have taken all of our money despite never starting the journey from Kings Cross to SW London. NEVER book.

Absolutely appalling service, i booked and they came bag didn’t even fit in the car, driver broke my bag yelled at me and the company was like there is nothing we can do, took an additional 20 quid from me and was rude and aggressive. Worst experience and will never book again

If I could rate this company 0 stars I would.
Worst experience of my life.
Taxi company run me up to say driver would be 10 minutes late. Which was utter lies. Driver kept hanging up and airing my calls and was over 45 minutes later. Which forced us to get an Uber and paying another £107 to stansted airport.
Now not giving me a refund.
If I get no response, I will be taking this further and getting police involved for stealing money.
Answer my emails and give me my refund NOW.
