Cannot recommend. I made an advance booking to local train station which was confirmed. It did not arrive. 10 minutes after it was due I phoned & was told they had made a mistake with the time, but a taxi would be there in 5 or 6 minutes. 15 mins later I phoned again & they would not answer - apparently they do this when caller display identifies the caller and they don't want to talk to you. Phoned back several more times and eventually taxi did arrive, but it was so late that I missed my train, despite allowing 40 minutes for a 15 minute journey. The car itself was clean and the driving good, but I'll use another company in future.

Poor customer service- I had placed a simple request of pick up and drop off of an elderly relative. After recommendation from the said relative, the driver was very rude amd aggressive to me and threw the belongings on the ground (which had fragile goods). Hence poor rating. I would never recommend this company nor the drivers to any client/customer.

Good local taxi firm with drivers that have knowledge of the area and did not overcharge. Been using them for a while and would definitely recommend them.

Ordered a number of Taxi's to shuttle guests for a wedding. They either did not turn up or turned up late. In end had to order a number of Uber instead. DO NOT USE

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE… I ordered a transfer through this company at the window at West Wickham station. Firstly, the man that works at this window is SO incredibly rude. Secondly, I tried to order a transfer online through the website and I received no email confirming or no email saying they had received my request. Then the morning I need my transfer no one showed up. I waited and waited. It is a joke. Don’t accept jobs if you can’t fulfil them. Do not use, Uber was cheaper anyway.

Simply did not turn up for a 5am cab to airport... You can imagine the stress! AVOID.

Booked an airport collection with these guys, gave domestic flight details etc. 3 weeks ahead. Was left stood outside waiting for collection for almost 1 hour. Not a good service.

Left my daughter stranded at Gatwick with a 2 year old and 12 week baby. Over an hour and a half late. Don't use this company.
