AVOID. Do not by any means use this business. I booked a journey to Heathrow airport at 9am on 19th Aug 2022. I booked it one week in advance. At 9.15am, I called and was told the driver was on the way to me. At 9.28am I called again and said the taxi was now half an hour late, to which the lady responded "it hasnt been half an hour, it's 9.28". It seemed to be a joke to her. I then had to call an Uber. I called later that week to complain and asked to speak to a manager. The lady on the phone listened but sat on the phone in pure silence and basically ignored me and wouldnt say anything. I sent an email and no response. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. The good reviews shown are fake.

Just left the cab driver, and is now on the bus. I waiting 45mins from him after the customer service team said the wait will be 15mins. I called three times for ETA and now I am on the bus heading to my son school late. I have been charged after school fees because the firm lied to me about estimate time, cabby was coming to collect me and my three year old daughter. My daughter was crying because she was cold. Then to put the icing on the cake the cab driver was rude and shouted at me because I told him I will be sending him my son's bill. Not happy with services. My daughter also had to witness this bad vibe from the cab driver.

Booked a mini cab with Express Minicab from croydon to Heathrow airport, informed the Lady that we had 6 bags and 3 laptop bags and was told it would cost £75 The driver ca refused to help to the bags claiming that he was old. Soon after setting off on the way to the airport , he told us that he would charge £90 because of our bags. He then drove us to Express cab office, he was told the man at the office to honour the £75 charge. He then told us to pay the £75 upfront, which we refused, he then told us to offload the bags ourselves. Stay clear from these fraudsters with very poor customer services please because they are not worth your money.

Driver picked me up from Crawley hospital came in to make sure I was OK getting to car. Very professional, stuck to speed limit without making it feel like he was in a race. Got me home quickest route available.

Absolutely shocking service. Called me 5 times at 1am to cancel a 5am prearranged cab, saying “the system is telling them they can’t do this ride”.

Express Cars is a brilliant taxi service. I was really impressed with the driver that picked me up and got me to Gatwick Airport on time, even though it was busy. There was also no waiting around for a taxi at the airport either, which I know is difficult when you're in a rush!

Booked a cab to and from Gatwick. First pick went fine. However, upon our return we had to wait for an hour before the cab picked us up. They had all the details of the flight which is why we thought they would be waiting. I called several times and each time was told a diffrent thing. I used a cab company that dealt airports because i felt they would be a slick service. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
Update 5 months later: I was told to contact the company to sort out the issue I had. Having emailed and called I've received no response. Clearly they have no desire to give good customer service. Terrible process and service.

Ordered these guys for a large group to a wedding and airport run - turned up on time and drivers very courteous. Would recommend 100%
