Always a great experience with Apex. Use them regularly and always on time.Probably the only local firm to rely on for early morning etc. we have never been let down. Both out and inward journeys to the airport were great. Driver 37 was the best driver we ever had.Thank you

Completely horrific experience from start to finish took ages to arrive and by the time it had arrived (30 minutes late) I was charged an extra 10 pounds as the driver “didn’t have change”. Utter disgrace, never use this service

This driver was poor from the very beginning and kept asking foolish questions rather than paying attention. Teach your drivers to not ask personal questions!!! Stick to driving, I felt so uncomfortable with your busybody driber. On top of it he coudln't even find safe parking while we paid hom full fee, he left our luggage and accessible wheelchair too incredibly disrecptful

Called in the evening for a taxi the next day. Response was "I'm the night guy... Gotta call tomorrow to speak to the day guy". It's a taxi company... Failed at your ONLY job

No issues at all, booked for 4.30am and they arrived early at 4.20. After booking we received a text confirmation, as well as another text when the driver arrived the next morning

For those who are dubious of my v positive review, check out my other reviews where I am pretty scathing (but honest) of all types of businesses if they're not up to scratch!

Every time we order with them they change the price when they arrive. We agreed one price and I told them the amount of luggage and when they arrive they told me it’s not on the booking and that it will cost more. They also then told me I would have to pay for them waiting around to sort out this issue with them and load my car as it does not count as their ‘moving time’ so charged me for that too! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Driver broke speed limit, almost double at times and used mobile phone to send messages whilst driving. To add insult to injury, did not want to drop us at specified drop off point at airport, opting for one away from terminal. Firm also called day before to negotiate time and then said would be more money than originally quoted. Driver arrived 7 mins early so no need to drive so recklessly. Also poor personal hygiene.

Fantastic service from Apex Cars! In particular, full praise to driver number 51, who was totally reliable in taking us to and collecting us from Heathrow two weeks later. No hassles at all and a perfect drive. Would thoroughly recommend.
