5* experience using this taxi company. We’re not local and were in the area for a wedding and were really impressed. They were on time, polite and communicative- e.g. calling us when they had arrived and explaining where to go to find the wedding. Would def recommend

Don't believe quoted price- they'll lie to get you in the car.
Awful customer service, and expensive, I was quoted a price to get to work, gave them the area and the road name, on the phone he said 9 or 10, depending on traffic. The roads were totally clear the whole way yet it cost me £13.40 which is more than an uber even on surge prices, I was appalled. When I complained, the guy told me to take a receipt and call the company to discuss.. the phone number just routes back to his phone, which then ensued in him raising his voice at me and being very patronising, lying saying that the price quoted was for a closer area. Lying to my face because he couldn't justify the price! When I repeated myself, he hung up the phone.
