I ordered a large people carrier for 6 people. Because of my mistake (below), the taxi was ordered for the following day. Still, and without a word of complaint, it took them only 35 minutes to have a large taxi available for us at the airport. The driver was nice, and the drive was relaxed and safe. We would definitely recommend.
My mistake: As we landed at 23:55, I requested the taxi for 01:00 the next day. Later, when I entered the flight number, it changed the date for the same flight, on the next day (the day I entered).

We used their services twice. The drivers arrived on time or up to 20 minutes late. The cars were in good condition and the drivers were friendly and nice. The company was very communicative and always responded promptly to our inquiries.

I'd give zero star if I can. I spoke with Daniel at the customer line provided in my booking confirmation. Was shocked how unprofessional the call went. I was told that an email would be sent to me and when I told him that I would be on the phone until an email had been sent, Daniel asked me what my email was. Shocking. When asked about the telephone of their sister company, my call was then transferred to another agent (without politely ending the call). Very disappointed with the service.

Excellent service. I have used this service it was very good and please to me as driver was already waiting for me at arrival with my name card and greetings me well and dropped me nicely at home. Highelly recommend.

Always a very professional service with friendly, welcoming and helpful drivers with clean cars. I am disabled and also travel around alot with my sister who is also disabled, in our experience this has been the best taxi firm as the drivers are patient and assist with folding down and putting our wheelchairs in the car the also don't rush us when they drop us off. Nor do they spend the whole time on the phone making personal call and treat disabled people like we are an inconvenience like our experiences with a rival firm that rhymes with tuba.

I used the service of this company to transport me from the Heathrow airport to my Maitrise hotel and they were there on time. They kept in touch with us prior to our departure on WhatsApp which I found very professional. We were so happy with their service that we hired a driver and a car for a full day and again, right on time , professional, very good price too. We have designed our own excursion package and they have dealt with the booking and the circuit too. I highly recommend this company A+
