Booked a car from the airport for after our holiday. They sent email confirmation with incorrect information and text confirmation with correct info??. Our flight was delayed so I called and changed our booking time but once we arrived back in UK the driver kept calling and said they would be charging extra because we were late. They were actually early and they claim not to have received the new booking time. After talking to them on the phone to challenge the extra charges, the driver cancelled our booking at 3.15am leaving me, my child and mother with no taxi. We had to book another and wait 30 minutes.
I would not use this company again and not recommend them.

Good prices. Drivers friendly and chatty some quieter than others. Overall Excellent service. Easy to use. Got me out of a pickle this morning as Uber screwed up. Excellent all round. Used them to go to Portsmouth for five of us. No issues at all.

I’ve used this taxi firm for almost a year now to get home from work 1-2 times a week or on a night out. Never had an issue. Honestly. Cheaper than Uber or other places I’ve been and the drivers are so nice and always ask how my day has been. Never had to wait more than 10 mins for someone to drop me and even when using the app never had an issue. Only one time when I called they couldn’t come as they were too busy (can’t have an issue with that really) honestly can’t fault them

Our flight arrived at London Luton Airport during a recent rail strike. We usually take public transit to get to our hotel, but we decided to order a ride instead. After looking around, I decided to go with UK Airport Taxi. The price was extremely reasonable in comparison to other services. As the strike was going on, I called them, and they reassured me that everything was fine. We were delayed a bit by our flight, but our driver ensured we were okay. The car was very clean and comfortable. We were very pleased with the skill and courteousness of our driver. He shared some very useful information with me as we were driving into the city. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. We appreciate you easing our minds and providing us with a wonderful experience.

I ordered a taxi with 2 days advance booking. Getting to the location in Ledbury was difficult, as it was a drop-off and returned over two days. I enjoyed my taxi driver's politeness, and he was very accommodating to me since I used a wheelchair. Once we arrived at our destination, he was very helpful in getting everything back out of the taxi. I would be happy to use it again in the future. He deserves 5 stars for his great service.

We have been using this service regularly over the last 6 months, The service has improved and the cars arrive promptly. The drivers have always been courteous, friendly and helpful. The pricing is very fair compared to the competition. The problem though is one of stuffy, malodorous cars. Over 90% of the cars have this problem and your first instinct is to reach for your handkerchief or open a window! An air-freshener in every car and some basic car hygiene, and this can be a five star service.

Have used ClockTower Cars for 10+ years. The Admin side has always been efficient but recently some of the drivers have been a lot to be desired (not all, some have been good). Dirty cars, greasy hair smell etc. We recently had a car to the airport. The driver was late, unfriendly and drove up to 92MPH on the M25. By comparison, the driver that collected us was excellent and very friendly. KEEP CHECKS ON YOUR DRIVER QUALITY GUYS!
