Great taxi service, clean car's polite respectful drivers . Would definitely recommend. Considerate of lone female customers,. Do not disappear if a couple of minutes late out of a property, essential if a care/support worker.

Spoke to the manager, Russ, after experiencing a bad service with one driver last night. He could not have been more helpful and sympathetic for our situation. He was very considerate of our circumstances, and I’m grateful that he has acted so quickly to right the wrong of one bad driver. Thank you very much.

Used Carsruss for the first time today. Excellent service. The driver was really helpful, I was on crutches and he was very considerate and helped me with every aspect of the journey

Do not order from this firm, they don't email or text you when they are there like all other taxi companies, they just leave you high and dry, DO NOT USE

Had a great experience today with Cars R Us crewe we booked a taxi for today(Saturday) to take our two cats for their boosters and health check we booked it for 11.30am and the driver turned up at 11.15am and took us to our destination at pets at home crewe we booked a return journey for 12.45pm but the vet saw us earlier than our appointment time so we're able to come away before their appointment time so l rang Cars-R-Us to see if we could have our taxi earlier for our return journey, the lady in the office was most helpful and said she would see what she could do and within 10minutes the driver turned up, it was the same driver who took us to our destination and came back to pick us up, he was very polite and friendly and helpful and dropped us back home before we knew it, l highly recommended this company as being punctual, on time and very helpful and friendly staff would use them again so 5 stars is not enough l would give more and the prices are very reasonable in these current times thumbs up to Russ
